Illegal Immigration
You wake up every morning get your cup coffee while heading to your computer to see what has transpired in the world since you finished your last cocktail.
Boom! Just like walking out of your airconditioned house to the stifling July Louisiana humidity, it takes your breath away. You almost getting the feeling of impending doom. However, the doom is real based hypocrisy and false narratives espoused by our elite political overlords, confirmed with faux science from the intelligentsia and spread by the wanna-be’s with each political parties’ daily talking points.
One does not have to look hard to find it. With the border crisis or not an issue depending on whose drivel you wish to believe, is there to be delt with. It is reported as a relatively recent issue. But the truth is this has been an issue that is over 55 years old.
This issue began with an act proposed by a man who should be familiar with the law of “unintended consequences”. That man was known as the Lion of the Senate, Ted Kennedy. In 1965 this honorable Senator gave us the “Immigration and Nationally Act of 1965”. An Albatross then, remains that way now.
This is an issue that “We the People”, have been wanting to be resolved. Not just red people, blue people too. This is a purple people issue. However, our elite political overlords wish to maintain that status at our expense. For Republicans, it keeps wages down. Democrats need an additional victim group for political power. Either way, it is us the citizens of this country who bear the consequences of their inability and refusal to address the issue.

Prejudice and Victimhood
Not to be outdone by illegal immigration are the prejudice and victimhood cards. Only a fool would say racism was nonexistent. It has been with us throughout mankind’s existence and will be here long after we are all gone. Remember, James Madison’s quote “Men are not angels…..”
Our intelligentsia who are wrong more than they right use abstract people, and abstract cities to form their theory. The problem with that is the world is not abstract. In truth, I have more in common with my black neighbor than I do with the white guy who lives in a trailer across the tracks. The same is true for my neighbor.
In Thomas Sowell’s book Intellectuals and Society, he does a great job in illustrating that. By using abstracts for their theories, they can never be right. What is the old adage? Garbage in Garbage Out.
One of the last two articles in my opinion help validate my point on intellectual dishonesty of our three classes, political elite overlords, the intelligentsia and the wanna bee’s. The second is of young guy just finding out the brilliance of Thomas Sowell.
